Felicity Who Are You

And there it was, that same old feeling she had many years ago: It can’t be possible, can it?

Sarah stood, looking over the top of the airplane seats at the passengers all around her. It felt real, it felt nice! But why now, why after all this time?

The faces looking to the front of the plane had no idea this woman was staring at the back of their heads. And the people behind her just thought she was having a stretch, until she stared straight at them!

Did they think she was looking for someone? Did they think she was mad? Or did they think nothing of it at all?

Sarah asked the guy next to her to let her out into the aisle. She had to know. She had to go and see.

Up and down the aisles she went, staring into every seat, looking at strangers like they had done something wrong. Bumping into people, queuing for the toilets, and falling out with the gorgeously handsome flight attendant.

Into first class she went: still searching, still feeling the sweat rolling down her neck. Nothing, not a thing! So, why was that feeling there? Why did she feel something? Or that someone was looking for her?
